  • We will do our best to respond to all communications on the same business day.

Respect for your time
  • Meetings will be kept as brief as possible. 

  • We will minimise the time required from you wherever possible. When we need your input, we will make the process as quick and straightforward as possible.

Intellectual property

You will have full intellectual property rights to the final deliverables once payment has been made.

The work we do
  • We will use plain English in all client-facing materials, ensuring they are clear, concise, and easy to understand.

  • Any client-facing materials we prepare will reflect the tone and professionalism expected in your industry.

  • If you are not satisfied at any time with what we have prepared, let us know, and we will gladly make changes until you are satisfied.

  • We will complete each stage promptly. Our goal is to provide you with a partial draft (so you can see where the work is heading) within 48 hours of the first information-gathering session.

Pricing

There will be no hidden costs. You will be told the price at the beginning of the project. Everything within the agreed scope of work will be included in that price.

FAQ

Is this just copywriting?

Some copywriting is involved, but the real value comes from finding ways to differentiate your service and build trust with potential clients. Copywriting communicates the outcome of that work. It’s important, but only a small part of the process.

Think of this as a collaboration rather than a done-for-you service. We will need your input on your industry, business, and clients. The process cannot be completed without your involvement.

Can you prove it works?

StandOUT Edge is a new business, so we do not yet have many past clients. What we can say is that the strategy we use is based on strengthening differentiation and building trust, both of which are well established as key factors in business success.

Yes. We're based in in Australia but support companies around the world.
