What does StandOUT Edge actually do?
We help small professional service providers deal with a common challenge: how to be seen as the best choice for potential clients when they have many options to choose from.
Our approach is to create sales assets that stand out at two key stages:

What are sales assets?
Sales assets provide information that helps people decide whether you’re a match for them.
Examples of sales assets include your website content, the way you describe your services, the commitments you give, the educational materials you provide, and the offers you present to prospects.
Sales assets are not sales scripts. We don’t encourage sales scripts because professionals need to be seen as experts, not salespeople.
Sales assets are also not marketing content like advertisements or social media.
Unlike ads and social media, sales assets are a one-off investment that keep working.
But I’m already doing marketing.
Keep up the marketing! It’s essential for raising awareness and generating leads and prospects.
We tackle a different problem: being chosen over the competition. Potential clients know they have many options to choose from. We help you answer the question, “Why choose you?”.
Who do you work with?
We work with all types of small consultancies, agencies, and expert-led services.
We focus on businesses with fewer than 20 employees. This includes both new and established businesses.
But you don’t have experience in my industry. How can you help?
The process we use applies to all professional services. You bring knowledge of your clients, services, and industry. We bring the process and experience. It is a collaboration, not a done-for-you service.
How involved do I need to be?
Think of this as a collaboration rather than a done-for-you service. We will need your input on your industry, business, and clients. The process cannot be completed without your involvement.
Can you prove it works?
StandOUT Edge is a new business, so we do not yet have many past clients. What we can say is that the strategy we use is based on proven business principles: offering more value than competitors, strengthening differentiation, building trust, and addressing fears.
Additionally, we are tapping into the trend that people are using information online to choose products and services before making contact with the seller. We help you to capitalise on that trend and differentiate yourself from the competition by providing a wealth of helpful information online.

Do you work with clients outside Australia?
Yes. We're based in in Australia but support companies around the world.
